It's funny, but b/c it's a Tri board, there's so much more turnover.  Your "3rd Tri" is different from mine, even though I'm only a month behind! 

On the + side, you never get to be promoted so quickly as you do on a Tri board.  13 weeks from Tri Newb to Tri Elder?  Not too shabby!

I'm so ready for baby to get here! 3cm dilated, completely effaced as of my appointment this past Monday! Meaning it could be weeks or days. Ugh... the waiting.

i know! they're dropping like flies this week!  i think i'm also in denial that we only have 2-3 weeks left (induction scheduled b/c high risk but i could go earlier).
