Allergy medicine while BF?
Anybody take allergy medicine while BF? I have allergies and would like to start taking something...specifically Claritin...any recommendations/advice? TIA.

I take benadryl every night and my OB said that was fine. I have heard that it can decrease supply but I haven't noticed that.
