Boo! I ate shots!

My poor little guy is still not himself.  Loss of appetite, crying, cranky, not napping well, behaving strangely.  He finally just fell asleep for the night, much later than normal, without finishing a full bottle.  I hope he doesn't wake up tonight hungry!  His 3 month (Hep B & pneumococcal whatever) were on Monday evening.  How long do these side effects usually last?
