I don't think you are supposed to but you sure can. ?Is this for hemorrhoids? ?If so, I was reading yesterday about how it's good to put ice on them. ?Maybe having the pads in the freezer would give you some relief???
i have heard of putting them in the freezer. maybe just split up the package, put half in a freezer bad and half in the bathroom. that way if you forget to bring them into the bathroom, you still have some to grab without having to go back out to get them.
its supposed to help with the swelling and relieve pain at the same time. makes sense to me.
Re: Are you supposed to keep tucks in the fridge/freezer?

Can you? Yes.

You know what I'm talking about, right? The little numbing things for hemorrhoids/tearing.

You don't have to keep them there, I think some people just choose to do that because it's more soothing when you use it.
