How thick is to thick Re: baby poop

Ok so dd has been on barley cereal for a week & a half. How thick is to thick in terms of her poop.?

She's eating 1.5 tsp in the morning & 1.5 tsp at night. ?

I was told that if it is 'formed' like an adult poop, than it is considered constipation.

My doctor said if it is thicker than peanut butter it is constipation.
