DH doesn't believe me on the U/S

The doctor gave me a really bad blurry ultrasound. After staring at it for hours (literally) I think I figured it out. It is all based on the X that the doctor put on Max's boy parts. DH says, "No, that's not it. She must have been wrong." Okay, THE DOCTOR IS NOT WRONG JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU SEE A FACE! It's a crappy ultrasound, but come on, who do you think has more experience here, someone who sees multiple U/Ss a day or someone who has seen 4 in his lifetime?

Here is the picture w/o commentary except by the doctor. The x is where the test. sac is. (She said there was a foot in the way, but she could see it.)

 

Here is the version with what I think is what drawn in. The sac is near his butt (clearly) and the foot is kind of in the way. DH thinks the head is at the top left.... where the doc said the balls are.
