Ugh I forgot I had a PT appointment today

I remembered at 3:35 that I had a 3:30 appointment. I called immediately but needless to say they were not pleased with me. they did reschedule me for tomorrow but now I won't get to take an afternoon nap because we have a Baby Sign Language class tomorrow evening.
