Does anyone else's child look at folks that talk baby talk to them like they are idiots?

Seriously everytime someones talks baby talk to DS he raises his eybrows and makes a stink face at them.  It also annoys DH and I we don't know what to say though to make family and friends that do this stop.

Yes I recognize that this is petty but it is still annoying!

Any Advice?

But baby talk is good for little ones.  It helps them learn beginning sounds. 

But if you don't like it, just model how you do want people to talk around DC.

Yes I understand that baby talk is in Theory good for baby's however DS has never had an issue with learning beginning sounds he's been babbling and trying out new sounds/words since he was a month old.

It does bother me, but I'm the one who talks to him the most...so I don't let it bother me.

ehhh pick your battles. everyone does this so there so way to prevent unless you put a sign on your DC shirt. just let it go.
