Pampered Chef must haves?

What do you use from Pampered Chef that you can't live without?  I was thinking a pizza stone...are they worth it?

Re: Pampered Chef must haves?

  • For half the price of a "Pampered Chef" stone, you can get a non-branded one that does the same thing.
  • I have one but we don't use it much (although I am not a big cooker).  However, I would say get one at Bed Bath and Beyond.  They are much cheaper and are exactly the same thing.
  • Pampered Chef is SOO expensive for what it is.

But, I LOVE their chopper. Better than the other one I had.  I could not live without it.  Ok, maybe I could but I would cook with onions a heck of a lot less.

  • I like the garlic chopper thing. Use it all the time.
  • I use my pizza stone ALL the time but it's not pampered chef. My mom bought me pearing knives from PC and I love those, and the chopper. I use both all the time. Otherwise I think many of their items are too pricey.

  • They have a pitcher that has a little stirrer in the bottom of it. We use it daily for Koolaid or Tea where we have to mix something in. You dont have to use a spoon to stir it up!
  • I LOVE my pizza stone, and use it for everything!!  I've had it for years and years, and it's still in great condition.  Definately couldn't live without it.  It makes the best cookies!
  • I love my citrus peelers.  They actually do make peeling oranges sooo much easier.  I also love the mini-whipper it is great for just about anything and my husband and I use it all the time.  Their batter bowls are great.  I love the crinkle cutter.  It makes cutting root veggies and salad veggies really easy.  I even use it on potatoes when I am making mashed potatoes because it is so much easier than a regular knife.  Everything else you can pretty much find elsewhere for cheaper.  The only reason I have so much of their stuff is because I had a party and ended up with most of it for free.
  • I agree with the chopper is a must have. I also loved my pitcher that stirred things... (we don't have that anymore though b/c the twins were on formula and we used that to make their formula and it just got beat to hell) we also have the batter bowl which I love and use all the time but my most favorite thing from them is their pots and pans. I have the entire set of the executive collection. I had a party a few years ago and I got a ton of stuff for free and the pans were the hostess special where if you hit a certain sales amount then you got the entire collection for a way discounted price. Best pots and pans I've ever owned...seriously.

  • I love Pampered Chef and have tons of their stuff.  I also agree with the poster about the pitcher with the thing that stirs it up inside, I have the small and large one and they are soo great for tea/lemonade/juice.  I also love their gadget holder the one that goes on the counter and spins around it is nice and big and spins easily.  I haven't bought a single thing that I haven't loved.

  • Make sure to get the Season's Best cookbook!  It is only $1 for a bunch of recipes.  It changes every few months so I try and get one every time I go to a party.  I absolutely LOVE the 12 inch skillet and use it 4 or 5 times a week.  Here are the other things I like:
Small Rectangular Stone - it is great for baking 2 chicken breasts
    Utility Knife with Sharpening Case
    Smooth-Edge Can Opener
Also - I don't have much need for the pizza stone.  I don't often make pizza or frozen snacks (like mozzerela sticks or wings) in the oven.  I do have an off brand pizza stone for the 2 or 3 times I year I make it.

  • We love & use our Pampered Chef pizza stone all the time.  We also have a bundt cake pan, LOVE IT & WORTH IT!
