The radio this morning got me thinking...

I was listening to the radio on the way to work this morning and they started talking about the most romantic place you've ever been. I called in and told them about this little bird sanctuary island that my husband and I kayaked out to off the coast of Oahu, Hawaii when we were dating. We were the only ones there and the place  was gorgeous! Watching the waves crash on the lava rocks and all the little birds fly around will always be my "go to place" when I need a mental break. DH proposed at the end of that trip as well.

 So what about you ladies? What's the most romantic place you've ever been to?

There is a place called Callaway Gardens about an hour and a half from where I live. They have a butterfly house and numerous flower gardens. It's so beautiful and peaceful. I love going there with dh.

I would have to say Sunset Key in Key West, FL.  DH and I got lucky enough to stay one night there and watching the sunset on the beach was absolutely perfect.

He also took me to eat at the top of the Space Needle in Seattle and the Stratosphere in Las Vegas which were really romantic dates.
