WTH is this pain?

Suddenly today I developed a sharp, stabbing pain on my right side where my belly meets the top of my thigh.  It's only there when I walk.  Anyone have any idea WTH this is?

It's probably either round ligament pains or sciatica.  I have both so bad I have to stop walking no matter where I am.  Isn't it fun!

Ah, so you're suggesting that it's not going to go away, huh?  Nice.  (Actually, it's really not too bad, but I was enjoying not having any pain.)

I have been sitting on my bum pretty much all day today.  Maybe that is what brought this on.

In my pg experience - nope, not going to go away. But your ute is not my ute...so who knows. Just don't worry about it too much - it's just another joy of carrying a child!

I get it periodically, usually when I have been immobile too long, or first thing in the morning. I find that if I lean forward it goes away. Its like a bad cramp, that comes and goes.
