I got a raise!!!

So my boss told me today that if I need to take 3 months or 6 months or even a year off for maternity leave I can and she will hold my position for me as long as I want to stay home. She also gave me my yearly increase which was double what it was last year and she took away a bunch of my responsibilities.... she used to be REALLY hard on me and I was so scared to tell her that I was pg but since I told her 2 weeks ago she has been a lot more easy on me!!!

Lucky! That's awesome. Especially the part about the extended leave. If I were able to take a year off, I would totally go back to work... instead of having to make this rough decision whether to return to work or SAH...

Congrats! That's awesome! I know my boss would hold my position for however long I need (I'm her right hand and her left) but she just told me today the company has decided to hold all raises this year for people in my category of work. Nice.
