sorry dumb question...

I`m convinced I`m developing PUPPS. ?Right now, it's only under my left boob. ?I`m pretty sure it's being made worse by wearing bras...but there is no way I`m gonna go bra free...

Is there anything I can do to lesson the itching/pain? ?I heard?hydrocortisone is ok to use. ?Does anyone else have any other tips??

    Sorry, no suggestions.  You are talking about the terrible itching, yes?  I have this and it really stinks.  So, what does PUPPS stand for?

    Are you sure it's pupps?  I'd talk to your doc.  And at the very least make sure you're washing every day and wearing a clean bra every day.  (I know, this seems like common sense, but apparently not)
