Constant back cramps

This is really irritating.  I've had a constant lower backache for 3 days and nothing makes it better.  I don't think I can take 3 weeks of this.

Ugh, awful!  You've tried a heating pad I assume?  That's usually all that helps me without drugs... Hope you feel better soon.

Heating pad help any?  I hope these three weeks go by fast for you!

Thanks ladies.  The only thing that really helps is a hot bath.  I can't wait to get home tonight.  However, I don't look forward to trying to get out of the tub, that's always fun!
