my advice for those who want to CD.

Cloth diapers will make your child's clothes fit differently because they're bigger than disposables.  I have learned which onsie brands work and don't work. 

GERBERs suck.  They're cute and perfect with sposies, but honestly they just don't work with CD's (IMO). Bright has already outgrown 3-6 month onsies because they're just not long enough to snap over the diapers.

However carters and Tykes (a division of carters) are amazing! They're so long Bright could still be wearing 0-3 month ones!  Plus we double stuff him overnight and so then we REALLY need longer onsies.  

So that's my advice!

Thanks for the advice! I'd be warned away from Gerber b/c I've heard people complain that they shrink, but I honestly hadn't thought about the CD-ing part of the equation.?

thank you for the advice...I had asked this on the EFF board this weekend.  I was told for the most part newborn size won't fit my baby if I cloth diaper (which I plan on doing)

I have a lot of hand me down clothes and I'm happy to know that most of it is Carters!

Ditto!   VERY good point.  DD is SOOO skinny (17.5 lbs at 12 months!) but has a big old CD butt.  It works out to our advantage b/c she is super long, so the CD's actually hold her pants up, but if you have a more average size or chunky baby, you'll have to really shop around!

Ditto!  Our son has been in BG 2.0's since he was three months old~before that they were still a bit too big,  We love them!

We were going to start IUI in the spring.  And the cycle we conceived, MH had a horrible cold.  We only had sex once.  After month of planned sex, and doctors visits...one time, and we're pregnant.  It's so amazing.  Totally HIS plan, like you have said before.

I just bought a few of these on the weekend. I love them so far (and I haven't even had the baby yet)! I've researched CDs and they seem to be the best by far (so far)...
