Pet died this morning...

I woke up this morning and found my pet iguana of 10 years was dead. I dont know if its the hormones or what, but I cried for like an hour (I am normally not a crier), then cried in the shower, then cried while driving to work, and keep getting teary-eyed at my desk and I'm all depressed now

 I guess I just wanted to vent about it.

I am so sorry.  Losing a pet is such a painful loss.

I greived for months over the loss of my cat and still tear up when I think of her.

im sorry. DH and I went through this with his cat recently. its not easy especially when they have been around for so long.

Losing a loved one is never easy, and pregnancy hormones make emotional trauma feel so much worse. Hope you can find something that can help you get through this in a positive way, remember the good times you had with your pet. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm sorry!  It's never fun to lose a pet.  I would be a wreck if my cat died.  He's my little buddy!  It will get easier.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. For many of us pets are as close to us as family members (if not closer) and when they go it is obviously very difficult. I still get teary when people talk about my Saint Bernard Bernie who passed away 2 years ago. ::hugs::

i'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your pet....it's always hard losing a member of the family!!  We have a 14 yr old dog and it'll soon be a reality for us as well......hugs to you!!

I'm sorry about your loss:( ? My kitty went missing last September and I still cry every week about him. ?It is so hard to lose a pet and the pregnancy hormones has made it worse.
