Cold or bad allergies?

I used to take Allegra 180mg, so Claritin 5mg does nothing for me.  I have either real bad allergies or the beginning of a cold.  Anything I could do or take??

Don't compare the mg's in two different meds... it means nothing and it's comparing apples to oranges.  Some people just respond differently to different meds.  Not enough info from that post to diagnose you.  Call your doctor and good luck.
