Question regarding Ticker

I can't get my posts to like right (at least on my computer) with the ticker. The wording on the ticker doesn't show up in the posts and horizontal scroll bar shows up but no vertifical bar. Can anyone help? Or is it just my computer and everyone else is seeing my entire ticker?

looks right to me.  Make sure you have this window fully open- not minimized at all.  Congrats- H&H 9 mos!
