1st haircut was a success!

DS did a fantastic job! We took his toothbrush to distract him (he is REALLY into brushing his teeth), and he had no problems at all! Thank you for all the input! (Oh - and I did okay too. I got a little teary at one point, but kept it together so he wouldn't get scared!)
