I haven't had a chance to get back online but things are finally going better. I have been using the Tripple Nipple cream and literally have had the boobs hanging out all day. I think that's what is helping - I only put a shirt on to go to my mom's for dinner and aside from that I have been topless since last night. 
The thrush is almost completely gone from Natalie's mouth, and I'm watching her diaper area too, hoping it doesn't show up there.
I saw my name in the Our Love To post last night and it means so much to me that you guys were thinking of me. I truly don't know what I would do without my PAL friends. I love you guys. THANK YOU for your insight, support, and encouragement. It feels so nice to breastfeed again, even though we only took a short break, I missed it so much.

Oh, this is good news. I hope the pain is getting better, and I am glad your spirits sound up a bit. I can not imagine how painful that must have been.

i'm so glad to hear that things are clearing up quickly and that nursing is getting back to being a positive experience.
i had more than one day of giving my neighbors a show when i thought i was getting thrush! lol i felt so "confined" when i had to start wearing a shirt/bra again...
