XP: recommendations for live in caretaker needed

hi ladies. my family is currently trying to find a live in caretaker for my grandparents. they are in their early 80s. my grandmother is physically pretty healthy and mentally sound, but my grandfather is going through a rough patch both physically and mentally. he just got put on dialysis treatments, so that is going to be a huge task for them to handle. anyway, we are looking for someone who will live with them and take care of basic tasks such as cooking for them, driving them around to doctor's appointments, the grocery store, etc. (so they must have a driver's license and a car), and do some light, basic housekeeping. it doesn't necessarily need to be someone with medical training, but due to my grandfather's medical issues, it should be someone who would be willing to help in case of any sort of emergency. he can still bathe himself, go to the bathroom by himself, etc., but if he falls or needs help in any way, the person would have to help if my grandmother can't on her own. a spanish-speaker is a must. their house is HUGE so the person would have a lot of privacy - spacious bedroom and private bathroom in a different area of the house from where my grandparents sleep. the salary is negotiable and competitive. if you guys know of anyone who would be interested in and qualified for this position, please let me know here or email me at jengonzalez7 at gmail dot com. thanks ladies.
