after being sick how long for supply to recover?
I'm an EPer and we all just got over this horrible stomach flu. ?Obviously my supply took quite a hit which is expected given that I didn't consume anything other than Gatorade for about 36 hours. ?How long should I expect it to take for my supply to come back? And should I do anything to help it come back up (power pump, etc)? ?I'm thinking it will just come back as I eat and drink more and DS's appetite has also been less lately so I think we're about in sync. ?But I just want to make sure my supply doesn't take a permanent hit. Hope none of you get this awful stomach bug--no fun!
