nursery water? — The Bump

nursery water?

Does anyone use this to make formula? Is it necessary, and what's the difference between it and plain ol' water?--more fluoride or something? We're a tap water family (including Holly's formula).. and I haven't sprouted a 3rd ear yet, so I hope she won't either. :-) Just curious. TIA!

Re: nursery water?

  • I don't use nursery water, but I buy bottled water for SH's formula bottles.

Not actually bottled (distilled?) water .... but I buy it in a jug, and sit in on our counter. It costs like $1.92 at walmart and so far we are not even a third of the way through, and she is 3.5 weeks old!

  • We also bought the big jug of distilled water, we prob stopped using that at about 3m. I now just make the bottles with the water from our fridge.
