how do I update my sig pic?

I apologize - I know this is a very stupid question, but my sig pic is more than a year old, so it's time for a change!

Go to All boards (very small at top of page) & click on your profile edit

got to your host of where your picture is & right click on the picture & copy the properties & then go to tinyurl.com & make a small url & copy it & then go to your profile & copy it into the the above where the "insert url" leave the quote marks

Hope that helps kind of confusing until you do it.
