I have another netipot question...

I have horribly strong gag reflexes - made worse now by m/s nausea. ?

Therefore, I'm scared to try the netipot because I don't it to make me vomit. ?Does anyone else have a problem with this? ?Did you find a way to work around it?

I have a pretty strong gag reflex and it's never made me gag.  I am totally gross when I do it though.  I end up sort of panting with my mouth hanging open over the sink.  So really, even when anything tries to come down, it doesn't get into your mouth.

haha, I do the same thing as rispergirl, breathing through the mouth. when I do it, I try to make sure i lean forward and turn my head to the side so gravity takes it the right way instead of back into my mouth.  when I first started using it, I had some issues but you get the hang of it, don't give up.  I have the squeeze bottle from walgreens, not the pot, i like it better

Ok...I may have to try it. ?DH has been pushing me to and with the massive amounts of cedar pollen that have apparently blown in I need something and RE said everything was off limits except tylenol for now! ?YIKES!
