There is something you can feed her to stop that habit.  I think it might be adolfs meat tenderizer, but not entirely certain.  Anyways, it makes their poop taste (well, worse I guess!  I'd think it would already be gross) so they don't eat it.

Our dog does that too, and so does my SIL's dog. So.gross. We've tried everything and he still eats it. The only thing that helped a little was changing his food to something that had more Omega-3 in it.

We sprinkled meat tenderizer in her food and that stopped it

My dog does that and then throws it up hours later. Belive me, that is worse. We are starting the meat tenderizer. I pray it works.

No joke.  It is so disgusting.  Tess only likes it frozen, so this is a winter only problem for us, but it is NASTY.  Gross.

I heard that feeding them fresh pineapple will also deter them from eating the poop.

I guess this puts things in perspective for me.  Our dog eats deer poop, I would rather he eat the deer poop than his own!
