She was very helpful making sure I had Isabelle latched correctly and made sure that she was in the correct positions.  Gave me some pointers to make positions more comfortable.  She also told me to not pump so much and hand express if I need to get Isabelle on since I make a lot of milk.  I was pumping 3 times a day to relieve any engorgement, I haven't pumped since this morning and my boobs are not enjoying this!
