A friend took her prenatal yoga classes at the Motherhood Center and really liked them.

I just stuck with my regular yoga classes, but M and I go to the Mommy and Me yoga classes at the Motherhood Center and really enjoy them.  In fact, our teacher teaches the prenatal classes and she's great.
