what exactly is dream feeding?

If DD goes down at like 7 or so we usually wake her about 10 or 10:30 for DH to give her a bottle.  She wakes up and eats and generally goes back down easily.  I wouldn't really say she is still half asleep, especially because we also try and change her diaper then too. When she goes back down she sleeps for 6 hours or so.  Is this dream feeding?
