I thought I was safe, but nope - swollen ankles :(

Oh man, I really though I had made it through without any of the symptoms people complain about...  This morning my ankles were swollen :(  they don't exactly hurt, but it is not comfortable either.
I am drinking water and putting my feet up - any other suggestions?

    I've just noticed them that last couple of days, too. When I take off my socks at night they leave indentations/marks like I've had rubber bands around my ankles all day.
