Who to believe?

We're taking a trip in March to Cali and I don't fly very well so I take Xanax, my FP who gave me the Rx for the xanax said I needed to pump and dump for two days.

Then I ask DD's Pedi what his thoughts were on it and he said I can nurse her as usual while on the xanax and I don't need to pump and dump at all, that the actual amount of drugs that she would get would be so minimal that it wouldn't even effect her.

Anybody else have taken xanax while bfing? What did your doctor say?

Where I live we call xanax handlebars and people take them to get f'd up, so I would probably go with your FP's advice.

I would believe my Pedi, since he is the one that is that specializes in babies/kids.  I have found that there isn't a true standard for what is safe and not safe while bfing.  It is all just one giant judgement call.
