    Just a suggestion, if you have cable with free on demand channels. Exercise TV has 30 Day Shred - all 3 levels. ?We have Time Warner now, but my MIL and friend are also able to access Exercise TV with Comcast and Adelphia. ?I think each cable company can pick what to offer as far as shows, but it may be worth checking out.?
