So, for the past two weeks, DS seems to be wanting our food. Every time we sit down to eat, or when he can smell food cooking, he gets all excited; cooing, smiling, etc. When we go to take a bite of food, he starts laughing and waving his arms at it. Then, when we actually put it in our mouths he gets this angry look on his face and screams. He stops screaming as soon as he sees more food.
We've tried giving him a bottle or?breast-feeding?him during dinner, but it makes no difference. As soon as he sees actual food, he lets go and stares at the food.
We even left him in his swing during dinner last night, but he gets really upset when he is awake and alone.?
We weren't going to start him on solids until he was 6 months, but we are starting to rethink that position and go with 4 months, lol.?
Does anyone else's DC do this??

Re: DC wants solids?
At that age he's probably just excited to be sitting with you and checking out the action, the sights and smells, I doubt that he actually correlates what you are doing with eating. He doesn't even really know what 'eating' is yet (unless it comes from your boob).
Mine started that at 3 months. We started solids at 4 months, and he gets really excited when we start feeding. He prefers that over the bottle lol. He wants the good stuff
