Level 2 U/S at St. Jude anyone??

So I'm having my big U/S tomorrow at St. Jude. My OB's office has us go to the hospital instead of doing it in-office. Anyone have theirs at St. Jude too? Does the radiologist read the U/S right away or do they make you wait a day or 2? Also, are they thorough? I heard the big U/S should last about 30-40 minutes. TIA ladies!
