    i take a prenatal class with a yoga instructor/birth doula. her name is dina gugliano. her website is www.kashmirhands.com. shes great! so experienced! and her prices are great too! $15.00 per class or $40.00 for a month. there are prenatal classes on mondays @ 6 and thursdays @ 6:30
