Poor Sen. Byrd was so upset by what happened that he had to be removed to the medical facility as well.  Apparently they are good friends.

They actually said Byrd was taken out first under his own power and then about a min later Kennedy started having a seizure...I certainly hope he okay.

LOL, must be a different channel.  It amazes me how these old guys stay in office for so long.

They said just now that he is awake and alert, which is a positive sign.  I can imagine it was an overwhelming day being out in the cold and up and about so much.  I hope he's okay.

Washington Hospital Center has now release a positive statement, which is good.  Always where they go...I did some of my clinicals there and they have a private section of the hospital that is like the Ritz of hospitals
