I'm sure I've heard this before, but please reassure a MoM to be. While my baby girl (who is implanted low and on the left side of my belly) has been kicking stronger and more often, I noticed over the weekend that I wasn't feeling anything from the other side. DH and I poked around last night and found baby boy hanging on the right, but I still haven't felt kicks over there, especially not like I'm getting from the other side.
I know they could change position, but I'm starting to freak out. I have an ultrasound scheduled tomorrow, I don't want to call the doctor unless it's an emergency, but he had said to call if I ever felt that anything was "off".
Advice, experience? Should I just call the MFM?
Thank you!
Re: Worried about change in movement
Call your doctor today!!! Trust me, he won't be upset that you are calling. They should get you in and do a quick u/s.
I would call your OB if you have concerns. I found it difficult to track movements sometimes as well, especially when they could still move around. Towards the end they did not have as much space so tracking their kicks was easier. Give your OB a call, there is nothing wrong with calling especially if it will give you peace of mind!!
