I made this last night salsa chicken and black bean soup

    mmm. i made a similar "taco soup" the other day. it was amazing! it was loosely based on a recipe i saw in southern living magazine.

    ps where have you been lately, tina?

    that website has some really good recipes, doesn't it? i haven't tried that particular one yet... but i loved the salsa chicken recipe... :) anyhow yummm... it's only 9am and now i'm hungry.

    My SIL was  living was us for a bit so I was always doing something with her. But I'm here now and I'm not going anywhere =)
