Question about new law

Can someone give me some links to read up on it? I have yet to actually learn what it's really all about. Does it affect personal reselling - like yard sales and ebay? Just curious. I need to read up on it so if anyone can give me info or links I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

      The law does not affect yard sales or used stuff sold on ebay. There are alot things about this law online that are apprently untrue. Snopes.com (urban legend website) said that for the most part the rumor is false. Initially there was some confusion about the law but then CPSC clarified things a little more. I also called Once Upon a Child and they said that no, they would not be closing or raising prices.
