Hey girls, if some of you have today off... enjoy!

My friend told me that Obama in honour of today, is requesting people donate time or help for others.

Whether you support Obama or not, I think this is a wonderful thing to do, to give back. Many of you I am sure give back in many ways through out the week and year. Why not give back a little today? If you cannot donate time, maybe some clothes, or food to your local food bank or it could be a simple as when some is annoying you, instead of getting angry, taking a deep breath and responding calmly.

Lets give back girls!
