I feel like an a$$

When the babies woke up from their afternoon nap, DS was soaked (he keeps playing with his diaper and it had slid down.  Anyway, I stripped him down and gave him his bottle.  I just threw a blanket over him cause he LOVES naked time.  I ran downstairs to grab the laundry and when I got upstairs, I walked into my bedroom.  Both babies came crawling into the bedroom and then I heard DD say, "ahhhhh".  I turned around to see a trail of poop and DD plucking a raisin out of it,  Lessons learned today : Naked time is not a good idea.  Raisins come out whole.  And I need carpet cleaner

Re: I feel like an a$$

  • i am sorry but i died laughing because we ALMOST had a major issue today also and boy it would have been a huge mess!!!! Colton somehow took his pants off during his morning nap and then had a poopy diaper and DH walked into the room MOMENTS before he was about to pull his diaper off. sigh.

don't feel bad at all...my children crawl around naked all the time they love it so much. :)

  • Oh man! I am sorry, but this is hilarious!

  • OK, I know that's really NOT funny but it made me laugh out loud!  And I can somewhat relate because my son dropped a load in the bathtub tonight and kept repeating "uh-oh, uh-oh" and I looked to see huge floaties.  Must have been a good day for poops!
  • Ha Ha!  Thats hilarious.  By the way, do you cut up the raisins?
  • I do cut up raisins.  I actually cut up everything (probably WAY too much) because I am terrified of them choking
  • AAAAAGHHHH RAISINSSSS EEEWWWW!

(corn comes out whole too. ick.)

  • OMG, so funny!  I had a few of those instances with my now 3 year old when he was a baby.  He has SUPER sensitive skin and always had a diaper rash - got especially bad when on antibiotics.  Dr. said if its really bad let him run around without a diaper, it would help.  Sure, it helps his hiny b/c when he POOS, it goes all over the carpet instead of his butt!!  lol!
