Chemical pg question

I am on cd 71 after my miscarriage (blighted ovum).  I know I ovulated (not sure exactly when, but my temps say I did - FF pinpointed a date, but I'm not entirely convinced it's right).  On Friday and Saturday mornings, I got the faintest line on a hpt.  This morning I started spotting, in a way that makes me sure af is coming. 

For those of you that had a chemical pg, is there any testing they can do at this point to even confirm it?  I'm calling the Dr. tomorrow to let them know that I suspect that I had a chem pg.  What else should I expect if this was a chem pg?

i had a chemical pg in october. my levels had already been back to zero so when I got a faint line I went to the dr and had my betas ran and they came back really low and i started spotting two days later. it did throw my cycle off by like a week last month and Im hoping Im back to normal(and KU) this cycle. feel free to ask any other questions

I had a chenical pg last month and my levels had been going up. They did blood work and thats how the RE confirmed it.
