I seriously feel like I've been hit by a mack truck. I am SO friggin tired I can't stand it. I just laid down to nap about 2:30 so two hours ago...when I woke up I felt/ still feel like something ran me over. I don't want to keep sleeping b/c then I won't sleep tonight and have to work tomorrow. Jeez. I'm not even four week yet, I really hope this doesn't last long, I'll die at work. Tell me how to fix it.
Re: good grief.
When I first found out I could sleep all day and all night, mine has gotten a little better. But when the tiredness slowed down the nausea kicked in!
I was like that early on, but now I can pretty much run around during the day and only get fatigue in the afternoon and I don't have that feeling where I have to take a nap or I am going to die.
Hopefully yours will go away too.
Sleep during the day. You should still be able to sleep at night! In fact, sleep whenever you want because when the baby comes you're going to miss it
I don't think there is anything you can do about it. If you feel really bad, you can take acetometophin, but I'm trying to just stick it out. When my fatigue and body aches went away, the nausea started, and quite frankly I'd rather have the fatigue!
