PBK Carolina table/chairs..already assembled in box?

or do you put them together?  Trying to figure out how much room in the car we will need..thanks!

Table comes flat in a box (size of the table top) and the chairs are already assembled, packed two in a box (so the box is huge!)  We took the chairs out of the boxes in order to fit them in our car

Oh, and the table is very easy to assemble - just have to put the four legs on with nuts/screws - takes just a few minutes.
