I stopped taking BCP 2 weeks ago after being on them for 13 years. I had my normal "period" after stopping the pack. Then I started spotting a few days ago and have had cramps ever since. I'm assuming this is my body just trying to get back to normal. Have any of you experienced this?

GL, after BCP your body may take several months to regulate itself. You may have lots of other symptoms as well. Hang in there!

it can take a few months for things to regulate after you go off the pill. Try not to analyze/overanalyze every strange symptom you experience.
