black bean tacos ( black beans, taco seasoning, shells, lettuce, cheese)
Fried rice (white rice, fried rice seasoning packet, onion, soy sauce, pork, can of la choy chinese veggies, scrambled egg)
chicken tenders baked - coated with either crushed honey bunches of oats, or shredded coconut (YUM!)
meatball casserole - frozen meatballs, jar of pasta sauce, layer of american cheese, top with can of pillsbury bisquits (we rarely make this, but it's yummy and simple)
diet coke chicken - chicken breasts, jar of salsa, can of diet coke (it's a ww recipe I think - so good!)
Sadly I can't think of anything else off the top of my head right now!

this chicken recipe is absolutely AMAZING and so quick and easy - I posted it last weekend after I made it for the first time. just get boneless chicken breasts and put them in a baking dish. mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and brush that on the chicken - use all of it. then coat them liberally with italian seasoned bread crumbs and bake at 425 for 20 minutes. delicious! you could serve them with any pasta or rice type of side dish.
those Mrs. Grass soup mixes make really good soups too, if you like soup. the vegetable beef and chicken noodle are both delicious. I use those butterball or tyson precooked chicken strips that you can get in the lunch meat section for the chicken noodle, so easy. chili is also another good one for this kind of weather.
I make stuffed meatballs occassionally from this blog, I have changed the recipe a little but the original recipe is good also. They are great on buns.
i just made a yummy chicken noodle soup last night - so easy. ?~60oz chicken broth, ~30 oz vegetable broth. ?2 cooked chicken breasts cut into small pieces. ?saute in a wee bit of butter 4 chopped celery stalks, 1/2 chopped white onion until just starting to get tender. ?add chicken, broths, lots of chopped carrot, 1 bag egg noodles, salt/pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp dry oregano, 1/2 tsp dry basil. ?i let mine simmer for about 30 minutes. ?:) ?it was so nice on a cold day, and we have leftovers for lunch today and tomorrow.
