What is that "recipe" for diaper rash cream?

People have posted it before-- Malox and something else? ?My older DD has SUPER sensitive skin in her diaper area, and haven't been able to find anything that works great, so I'm looking for another option! ??

maalox, hydrocortisone cream, thick diaper cream, a little baby powder to thicken and...something else..oh- antifungal cream if you think it might be yeast.

I use lansinoh usually, but she recently had a raging rash and this recipe ( thank heaven for nesties!) saved her butt- literally!
