Eco/CD Friendly Diaper Rash Cream

DD rarely gets a rash but she is teething so it has been occurring a bit lately.

What are your suggestions?

We like Earth Mama Angel Baby and CA Baby - both have caused no problems with our CD's (and I'm lazy and don't use a liner).

We use CA baby or Northern Essence. No problems with either.

I was using Aveeno, but just switched to Northern Essence. LOVE it!
