I'm nervous for DD1's appt today

She's got her 2 year checkup today.  I know there is at least one shot involved, but maybe two.  Now that she's old enough to comprehend what's going on around her, I'm scared she's going to totally freak out when the nurse stabs her.  I'm not confident that I can calm her down quickly this time.

Please wish me luck.  I need all that I can get.

Oh dear. Good luck. It's heartbreaking isn't it?

The twins have their 2 yr well-check next week and I am dreading that part to. It's even harder when you are still trying to calm one down when they stab the other one!

M had one shot and she just wimpered.  The sucker goes a long way and remember no more shots till 5!  GL!

DS flips the F out any time we walk into a Dr's office or urgent care because he assumes he's getting shots. When he actually does get shots, he's hysterical, but after it's over, he calms right down. It's he during part that I have to hold him down for that kills me. I've gotten used to it though
