Anybody happen to know the caffeine content in a small skinny cappuccino? I've only been able to find it for soda, tea, and filtered coffee.... Thanks!
All figures are approximate, especially with coffee. Different varietals can have different caffeine content, and the way the coffee is roasted can also change the values.
Re: Caffeine content help?
One shot= 1 ounce of espresso, about 75 mg of caffiene.
1 ounce of coffee = 20 mg of caffiene.
This is what I found on Starbucks website when I put in for a cappuccino (tall with nonfat milk):
20mg of caffiene is what is decaf not regular just to?clarify, there is 80-135mg in regular and you I have been told you can have up to 200mg a day
No.
There is about 5 mg of caffeine in one ounce of decaf coffee. I have worked at Starbucks for over 3 years, trust me.
This is from about.com I dont know if maybe starbucks is different but I know that this is normal?
